I wouldn't use miledown. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. You really need to be taking practice tests and use the AAMC QPACKS and SBs. However, if you’re asking if for the resource of ANKI alone, if you only use one deck you’ll be fine. 99% of people I know only use one deck. But they add/take away from the deck as needed. All the decks in Miledown have been fine for me except for the OCHEM one, but even that one has a lot of good cards. Like the homie said above, the random molecule ones you may or may not want to delete.
